Gillian lost 6½ stone...
Following a triple fracture to my ankle in the summer of 2010, I found myself starting 2011 at the weight of 19st 12lbs, depressed and determined to sort out my weight. I embarked on a healthy eating plan but found weightloss slow. It was then I decided to join the Vital Health Club to help boost my fitness and weight loss. This has proven life changing and my weight has decreased by six and a half stone. My overall shape has changed and I am the fittest I have ever been in my life. As my weight has decreased my stamina and exercise program has increased. I am starting 2012 on a healthier, happier and much fitter note thanks to the Vital Health Club at the Inchyra Hotel & Spa.

I have always found it hard going to the gym, I found it monotonous and boring. But since appointing Graham as my trainer I actually look forward to working out. Every workout is different, challenging and exhausting, but they all come with a generous help of encouragement.
